On May 19th and 20th LIFE Granatha met CAI “Mountain Enviroment Protection”. The Central Commission for the Protection of the Mountain Environment was established by the CAI in 1984 and is committed to the protection of the mountain environment and to develop an adequate mountain culture.
The first day was dedicated to the presentation of the LIFE project, through the organization of a conference in which we have talked about: Habitat Directive, Natura 2000 Network, LIFE Granatha activities and the Project birds of conservation interest.
On the second day an excursion was organized in Pratomagno (Monte Cocollo – Montrago) with a visit to the LIFE project areas, during which short stops were held to read the landscape and observe the birds.
