Training day for the GRANATHA Cooperative
Saturday, August 29 was held the first day of training for the members of the Granatha Cooperative. Thanks to the presence of Mario Carbonai, a craftsman from the Val d’Ambra who has produced heather brooms throughout his life, “our” boys have been able to learn the techniques of heather cutting, binding the beams, made with the dry waste of heather and used to bring to temperature the ovens for bread and pizzas. On September 12 will be replicated in Mario’s laboratory and the cut beams will be transformed into brooms…the first heather brooms of Pratomagno made as part of the project LIFE Granatha.
