D2 Monitoring of action effects on Habitat 4030

The objective of this action is to evaluate the effectiveness of the redevelopment and management of the heathlands, both in terms of production (increase in biomass) and ecological, with the restoration of the ecological functionality of these environments. In particular, the results obtained with the different techniques tested (cut and prescribed burning) will be compared.

The monitoring actions will take into consideration three aspects related to the composition and structure of these environments through a phytosociological characterization, a characterization of the heaths with population scale indexes and a characterization of heaths with scale indexes.
